It uses trickery to get to you sign. My friend and I received contact from the same ?fake profile within minutes of using the app. Then surprise surprise, you can’t see the messages without signing up. Then they have the 3 day cancellation period which does not apply to Australia but it does not state that….the way it’s worded makes it seem like it only applies if you are a user in the United states. Help.
Never been blocked on a dating app until I tried this site, less than a week after I subscribed and I was blocked (for being fake). This app is not moderated well. I emailed customer services but the reply looked fully automatic! I’ve deleted and subscribed with hinge & happn, where they don’t block their customers. It is okay if you don’t subscribe but if you do pay a subscription you’re going to be blocked in a few days time, for made-up reasons.
I hated to even give this site a one star. This is a total waste of money. When you get ready to cancel your subscription, you will get all kinds of “she’s into you” or “she likes you”, or “she wants to meet you”. When you reply, Absolutely no response back. Cancelled account, continues to charge, have not logged in for over 12 months, can not log in or even reset password to confirm the account is cancelled, then that sell of the debt to a collect house. Avoid at any cost.

This company is like a leech, they will never let go of you, despite requests it is impossible and they will not respect your privacy, Stay away from them.
They replace real women with bots. I saw how scammy and phony it was and I will never go back to it. All they want is to fleece you of your money. They think if you are 50+, you must be stupid and naive. They made up many fake computer-generated and computer-operated profiles, simply using stolen photos of people. Very dishonest company! They make profit by exploiting the vulnerable.
Paid for premium subscription for one year. Although I was very specific as to age, location, and other factors, over 95% of “Matches” were inappropriate. Did not renew, but am bombarded daily with potential mates. Very disappointed, even after several complaints to their service (?) department. Highly recommend to avoid.
It costs you money for the subscription, BUT, once you are in it will cost separately to send a message to someone, it will cost to boost your profile, it will cost a fee for every little thing you want to do, that’s not right! This is the best fraud that I have seen in the dating app, almost all the couples are robots or false people who never show thenselves as they really are, and what they are looking for is gift cards that ask you with different pretexts; anyway if you do not want to be scammed stay away from this app.
Signed up and paid for a one month subscription. Within 24 hours, my account was locked out. I called and was told I would receive an email from their technical department within 24-48 hours. Never happened. Called again and promised again. Nothing happened. Several more calls and told by each rep they couldn’t see the issue with my account and I had to wait for an email. At the second week, I called and was told the problem would be rectified by the end of the day. Not trusting that answer, I waited until 90 minutes before they closed for the weekend to call again.
